Personal one-to-one coaching for generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety, and/or mild depression. All sessions are virtual and recorded via Zoom. Clients are provided with lifetime access to their sessions. $135/per session, with a minimum of 6 sessions suggested.
